Dear Lions,

The Maryland Cycling for Sight Lions Club invites you to sponsor its Family Walk, Run, Bike service project scheduled for Saturday, October 16th, 2010 at the Rite Aid Distribution Center, 601 Chelsea Road, Perryman, MD.  Start time is from 8 am to 9 am.

We will recognize your Club's sponsorship on our web site and at the event.  A secondary objective of our club is to promote the interests of our sponsors including Lions and Lionism.  We gladly accept private or commercial sponsorships as well.

Proceeds from our first major project as a newly chartered Lions Club benefit the Maryland School for the Blind.

Our courses are on quiet country roads with beautiful scenery of the Bush River.  The Bike Course is 12 miles, but participants can do more or less.  This is a "D" Lister bike ride intended for families and not a race or endurance event; but hey, if that's your thing, have at it.  Our thing is supporting the Maryland School for the Blind and having fun.

Come out wand participate with us!!  The fee is $20 per individual or $30 per a family of 2 or more.
